Jennie got into YG Entertainment as a trainee in August 2010 and debuted as a member of BLACKPINK in August 2016.
She auditioned for YG because it was her dream entertainment company.
Training Period: 6 years
She went to New Zealand for her family vacation when she was 8. While traveling, her mom asked her if she wanted to live in New Zealand and she said yes. So she moved to Auckland, New Zealand when she was 9 and lived there for 5 years. Her English name is Jennie Ruby-Jane Kim.
